Ashleigh graduated from Laughing Lotus Yoga School in the Spring of 2007. During her transition into a full-time yoga teacher, Ashleigh realized that in order to help other people take care of themselves, she wanted to take good care of herself, too. Very happily for her, she found Jennifer Moyer, who became her B.E.S.T. practitioner and spiritual teacher. In the beginning, much like Ashleigh’s first yoga classes as a student, she was not convinced that B.E.S.T. was the right fit for her. Nonetheless, she kept going back because she always felt better after the work. She started to feel truly grounded and more inclined to “love right now” after each one of her B.E.S.T. sessions.

Ashleigh has yoga to thank for helping her to become aware of her thoughts, and B.E.S.T. to thank for inspiring her to change them. Through B.E.S.T., she has learned about the physiological implications of negative thinking and thought patterns, and through B.E.S.T., she has been able to transform these patterns. B.E.S.T. has been such a gift to Ashleigh and she is grateful to be able to share it with others.
